Due to very strict Trademark and Copyright infringement laws, NO COMPANY is allowed to use the original name of any candy purchased, which includes but is not limited to the mention of the original candy name online, advertising the original candy name, marketing the original candy name, or posting the original candy name and or original candy packaging on any social media platforms. *If any person or company breaches any Trademark / Copyright laws and legal action is taken, Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC will not be responsible in any way.
In order to prevent consumer confusion, possible trademark infringement and to protect the Copyright and Trademark rights for each candy manufacturer, Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC has an obligation to inform all potential customers of the following:
#1. Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC is in no way affiliated with or represents any candy manufacturers in any manner whatsoever.
#2. The Copyrights and Trademarks for these candies are exclusive to each manufacturer and IS NOT owned or claimed to be owned by Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC.
#3. The freeze dried candy sold by Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC IS NOT created by or sold by the manufacturer of the actual candy. Deception on the source or origin is strictly prohibited.
#4. The candy that is used to freeze dry are authentic candies however, once the candy has been freeze dried, the texture and sometimes the taste changes so, the candy sold on this site has been modified by Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC.
#6. If candy is purchased from Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC and any Copyrights/Trademarks have been violated for the original candy manufacture and legal action is taken, Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC will not be responsible in any way.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
#1. The freeze dried candy and foods sold on this site are not created by or sold by the manufacturer of the actual candy. Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC will never claim to be the original manufacturer.
#2. The candy that is used to freeze dry are authentic candies however, once the candy has been freeze dried, the texture and sometimes the taste changes so, the candy sold on this site has been modified by Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC.
#3. Most freeze dried candy items are pretty durable and can withstand the shipping and handling of carriers during transportation, however, there are several freeze dried candy items that are extremely fragile and can easily crumble when mishandled during shipping. We take every step possible to make sure you receive all items intact. Since we do not control the handling of packages, we are not responsible if an item is damaged during shipping.
#4. Every machine tray is cleaned after use but we do produce some items that contain peanuts so, if you do have a peanut allergy, we recommend that you do not purchase.

#2. Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC is not affiliated with any other business that sells freeze dried candy.

SHIPPING POLICY
The Freeze Dried Candy Company, LLC ships all packages from Southern Ohio.
#1. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email. If the shipping information is incorrect you have 24 hours from the time the order was placed to submit the correction.
#2. If your order has already been shipped, there's nothing we can do to correct a shipping address. Remember, these are perishable items and can not be returned so, it's up to the customer to make sure all information provided is correct.
#4. Once an order has been picked up by a carrier or delivered to a carrier facility, Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC is not responsible for your package.
#5. If you need to make a shipping (delivery) address change, please use the Contact Us form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We typically begin processing orders within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
#1. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.

RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately we DO NOT accept returns.
#1. Freeze dried candy & desserts are perishable items and to be in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC will not accept any returns.
#2. Consumables can not be returned.

REFUND POLICY
#1. Refunds will only be issued for orders canceled within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
