How long does an order take "to process" before it's shipped?

All orders can take up to 4-days to process before shipped. This does not include orders placed on Sunday's, holidays or wholesale orders.

 

Why can orders take up to 4-days to process?

Every order is "made-to-order" meaning that your order is made specifically for you. We want to ensure you're guaranteed to receive the highest quality freeze dried products.

 

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped using either UPS Ground or USPS.

 

How long does an order take to be delivered?

Depending on where you're located, once an order has been shipped, delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 days. *Weather conditions can also affect delivery times.

Where does Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot ship orders from?

All orders are shipped from Southern Ohio!

Does The Freeze Dried Candy Company ship outside of United States?

Unfortunately not!

How will I know when my order has shipped and will I get a tracking number?

Once an order is shipped, you'll receive a "Your Order Has Shipped" email. This email will include the tracking number for your order. *Please note that sometimes this email will be delivered into the Spam / Junk folder.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Since all orders are "made-to-order", you MUST cancel your order within 24 hours from the time the order was placed for a full refund.

 

Can I return an item?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns.

 

What if I have a "Food Allergy"?

Your health is more important to us than your order, if you have any type of food allergy we recommend that you do not place an order. Unfortunately, we can not control how the products are manufactured in their original form and some products are in-fact processed in facilities that process nuts and dairy. We also manufacture products containing allergens. *We will not be responsible if you have a food allergy and still decide to place an order.

 

Does Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC have a valid license?

Yes! We have both a business license and are registered with the Ohio Department of Agriculture Department of Food Safety.

 

Are these candies manufactured by Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC?

Yes and No.
We ARE NOT the original manufacture of any of the items that we sell however, once an item is altered from its original state (even repackaged), it's considered remanufactured.

 

Does Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC offer Wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale to valid businesses. You can fill out our Contact Us form or call us at 1-937-600-2454.

 

How often does Chilly’s Freeze Dried Depot LLC clean their freeze dryers?

We clean and sanitize our machines every day and each tray after every use!
